Job summary

Required are a high school diploma or GED and completion of a Foreman Training Program, plus experience coordinating crews and using Osmose software. This on-site role entails travel and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of a Foreman Training Program is required.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating field operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and safety supervision skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a field crew of up to ten, plan and coordinate daily field operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, production, and cost controls.
• Maintain positive client relations and professional image.
• Organize resources and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Operate vehicles to transport crew and equipment.
• Collect and submit timekeeping, payroll, and work data.
• Enforce safety with daily briefings and safety meetings.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment and inventory.
• Comply with company policies, including drug/alcohol, harassment, and safety rules.
• Maintain driver qualifications and DOT readiness if required.
