Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a Field Foreman to oversee inspection, maintenance, and restoration of utility infrastructure. You will supervise field crews, plan daily operations, ensure safety, and coordinate with customers to meet project goals.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, Foreman Training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage up to ten crew members. Proficiency with data collection devices and Osmose software is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of Foreman Training Program (3–8 weeks).
• Valid state driver’s license; no DUI/DWI in past 5 years (or 2 years with rehab proof).
• Must maintain First Aid/CPR; may need pesticide applicator license or DOT medical exam.
• Able to operate handheld data-collection devices and Osmose software.
• Willingness to travel; supervise up to 10 crew members; strong safety and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews, plan, organize, and coordinate daily field operations for various jobs.
• Ensure safety, quality, production, and expenses targets are met.
• Hire, train, and supervise crew of up to ten employees.
• Operate vehicles to transport material, equipment, and crew to job sites.
• Record timekeeping, payroll, and work performed data accurately.
• Maintain vehicle/equipment, inventory, and comply with safety rules.
