Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a Foreman to supervise field crews, plan and coordinate daily utility infrastructure inspection and maintenance projects, and ensure safe, efficient execution in outdoor environments.

The role requires leading diverse crews, adherence to safety standards, and strong communication with customers. Travel across assignments is expected, with supervision of up to ten employees and ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of Foreman Training Program.
• Must complete 3–8 week Foreman Training covering administration and safety.
• Ability to manage field crews and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and plan daily operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate clearly with customers.
• Manage crew performance, safety, quality, and costs.
• Hire, train, and motivate crew up to ten people.
• Organize resources to meet deadlines.
• Transport crew and material using vehicles and trailers.
• Record timekeeping and payroll data.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure drivers are qualified.
• Maintain equipment and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with policies including anti-harassment and drug-free workplace.
• Maintain and improve crew tools and facilities.
• Supervise travel and maintain attendance.
