Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced foreman to oversee field crews performing inspection, maintenance and restoration of utility infrastructure. You will plan, organize and coordinate daily operations, ensuring safety, quality and timeliness while supervising up to ten crew members.

A valid state driver’s license, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and completion of the Foreman Training Program are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Foreman Training Program (3–8 weeks) covering admin, crew management, safety and driver qualification.
• Must complete Foreman Training Program with topics including administration, crew management, safety, pesticide application and driver qualification.
• Valid state driver's license with no DUI/DWI in past 5 years; CPR/First Aid certifications; may require pesticide applicator license and DOT medical exam.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with Osmose software; basic math and data recording abilities.
