Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work meet safety and company standards.

You will mentor field staff, coordinate assignments, and represent Osmose professionally with customers while traveling regionally to job sites; this is a full-time, year-round role with overtime opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Ability to motivate, train, and work with field crews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure timely completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility reps.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety and quality.
