Job summary

EXO Inc. in the United States seeks a Trainer to guide inspection personnel, develop training materials, and lead classroom and field sessions to raise skill levels and ensure safety and quality compliance.

You will mentor new inspectors, conduct inspections, document findings, and stay current with industry regulations and best practices, enabling continuous improvement within the team. This full-time, on-site role requires travel up to 90% and supports growth in infrastructure inspection

Qualifications

• Previous inspection experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, safety regulations, and inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and facilitate engaging training sessions.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for conducting inspections and analyzing data.
• Certification or licensure in relevant inspection techniques or methodologies may be preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Develop Training Materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training resources covering inspection procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Facilitate Training Sessions: Plan and conduct classroom and hands-on training, evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Provide Mentorship and Support: Mentor new inspectors and foster continuous learning within the team.
• Conduct Inspections: Perform routine inspections, document findings, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay Current on Regulations and Best Practices: Keep materials up-to-date with evolving standards and industry practices.
