Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a Trainer to lead wood-pole inspections, develop training materials, and conduct classroom and field sessions. The role emphasizes safety, quality standards, and hands-on guidance for inspection teams.

You will mentor newer inspectors, stay current with regulations, and deliver engaging training while traveling extensively to client sites and remote locations. This position requires strong communication and the ability to translate complex procedures into effective teaching

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inspection work, preferably in a regulated industry such as manufacturing or construction.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, safety regulations, and inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and facilitate engaging training sessions.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for conducting inspections and analyzing data.
• Certification or licensure in relevant inspection techniques or methodologies may be preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Inspections: Perform routine inspections of poles, equipment, facilities, or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop Training Materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials covering inspection procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Facilitate Training Sessions: Plan and organize training sessions for inspection personnel, both in classroom settings and hand-on practical exercises.
• Provide Mentorship And Support: Serve as a mentor to new inspectors, providing guidance and support as they acclimate to their roles.
• Stay Current On Regulations And Best Practices: Stay informed about changes in industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to inspection activities.
