Job summary

EXO Inc. in the United States is seeking a Wood Services Foreman / Crew Leader to oversee detailed inspections of wooden utility poles, ensuring safety, structural integrity, and high-quality reporting for reliability of pole networks.

You will lead a crew, manage fieldwork, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions, with up-to-date safety training and specialization in pole maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; OSHA 10 training preferred.
• Strong planning, task management, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and perform fieldwork with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Execute inspections of wooden utility poles per safety guidelines and standards.
• Assess structural integrity and identify decay, cracks, or infestations.
• Record findings, photos, and recommendations in the data app; document crew hours.
• Lead and direct crew members, assign duties, and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement recommended actions and improvements.
