Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a SPA Manager to direct Third-Party Attachment activities and Double Pole processes across Massachusetts. You will supervise a team coordinating with third-party attachers to ensure compliant, timely pole work and billing accuracy.

The role emphasizes leadership, process standardization, and reporting to DPU, with travel between MA/CT/NH as needed. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–12 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement or equivalent experience.
• Experience in distribution or transmission engineering and operations preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises coordination between internal/external stakeholders and engineering/construction forces for single pole administration.
• Manages third party attachments and licensing/fees processing.
• Resolves make-ready issues, billing decisions, and ensures DPU timeframes are met.
• Negotiates with outside companies to resolve agreement issues and priorities.
• Oversees pole equipment shifting and double pole removal with timely reporting to DPU.
• Administers system data quality and reports for third-party attachments.
• Manages cost tracking and revenue analysis for the program.
