Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Single Pole Administration program across Massachusetts, coordinating third-party attachment activities and double pole processes. The role oversees a team, ensures timely make-ready work, and maintains strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years in energy delivery, proven leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements while meeting DPU requirements. Travel across MA/CT/NH may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, accounting, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of ten to twelve years of related experience.
• Supervisory and leadership experience required.
• Experience in Energy Delivery including distribution engineering, joint utility work and regulatory commitments.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Third-Party Attachment activities and Double Pole processes across MA within the Eversource territory.
• Supervise a team coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and pole attachers.
• Manage billing, licensing, and make-ready processes to meet DPU timeframes.
• Develop standardized processes across states and improve program performance.
• Lead staff development and ensure accountability and productivity.
