Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum five years in electric utility operations or related areas preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Administers the Joint Use and pole attachment program.
• Coordinates attachment applications, audits, and make-ready coordination.
• Maintains attachment inventories, GIS records, and billing activities.
• Collaborates with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with NESC and Cooperative standards.
