Job summary

The Utility Pole Assessment Foreman role at Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. leads daily field operations, supervises a crew performing pole assessments, maintenance and restoration, and ensures work is completed safely to company standards.

The Foreman provides direction, supports crew development, maintains productivity, and represents Osmose professionally when interacting with customers, utility representatives, and community members. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
