Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safe, high-quality pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work.

You will direct field teams, develop staff, maintain productivity, and represent Osmose professionally with customers and utility partners. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and outdoor work readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure efficient completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Document reports and project updates accurately.
