Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. seeks a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations and supervise a crew conducting pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration activities in outdoor settings.

The role demands strong leadership, organization, and clear communication to meet customer expectations and company standards. You will direct field crews, support employee development, maintain productivity goals, and represent the company professionally with customers and utility

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety and company standards.
• Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure timely project completion.
• Train, coach and mentor crew members in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete required documentation and project updates accurately.
