Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a dedicated Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure pole assessments are conducted safely and efficiently.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity through strong leadership and clear communication. The role involves coordinating tasks, mentoring staff, and representing Osmose professionally with customers and utilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Experience leading field crews or as foreman preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide or regionally as needed.
• Able to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure timely project completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices.
• Ensure safety policies and industry requirements are followed.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and project updates accurately.
