Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Train and coach crew members in safe practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry standards.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project reports accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety metrics.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility reps, landowners, and community members.
• Foster a teamwork-focused environment emphasizing safety and accountability.
