Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety and quality in pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work.

You will direct field crews, support employee development, maintain productivity goals, and represent Osmose professionally with customers and utility representatives. Outdoor, physically demanding work and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead daily field operations and supervise a crew.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices.
• Experience in leadership roles in field settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
