You will interact with customers, utility representatives, and community members while maintaining productivity and adherence to company standards. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to travel extensively (over 80%) across states, with opportunities for career

Qualificações

• Leadership experience managing field crews or foremen.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily field operations and supervise crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.

• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
