Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity in pole assessment projects.

You will direct field crews, support employee development, and maintain project standards while representing the company with customers and stakeholders. A leadership background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as business needs require.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
