Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews, and ensure high standards of safety and quality in pole assessments and restoration projects.

You will manage field crews, oversee daily operations, and upskill team members while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction in a demanding outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
