Qualifications

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with minimum three years of driving experience.
  • Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with field crews.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
  • Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members.
  • Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
