Job summary

Rail Events Productions Inc. seeks a Box Office Supervisor for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride. This seasonal, non-exempt hourly role focuses on greeting guests, confirming reservations, and directing patrons through ticketing and entry areas on a moving train experience.

You will lead Box Office staff, manage ticketing operations in a fast-paced environment, and ensure accuracy in reservations while delivering exceptional customer service to guests and cast alike.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn the Etix ticketing platform with efficiency and competency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Possess a well-spoken manner in personal communications.
• Front desk, reservation, customer service experience preferred.
• Self-motivation and attention to details.
• Must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Act as an example to, and assist in leading, the Box Office team.
• Welcome customers and assist the team with any service needs.
• Confirm reservations, ensuring passengers have arrived at the appropriate date and time.
• Become familiar with the Etix ticketing system and assist in updates to customer information.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Oversee that Box Office agents stay on task and provide support as needed.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and provide related concerns to management.
