Job summary

Rail Events Productions Inc is seeking a Box Office Supervisor for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride in New Orleans, LA. You will greet guests, confirm reservations, and manage ticket redemption while keeping operations friendly and efficient.

As part of the Front of House team, you will coordinate with Box Office Agents, FOH and the Business Manager, ensuring a smooth guest experience. Weekend/evening availability is required, and you may help with reports and occasional on-board information.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn the Etix Ticketing platform with efficiency and competency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Possess a well-spoken manner in personal communications.
• Front desk, reservation, customer service experience preferred.
• Self-motivation and attention to details.
• Must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Box Office team in daily operations.
• Serve as liaison between Box Office Agents and FOH/Business Manager.
• Greet customers and assist with service needs.
• Handle inquiries and ensure pleasant experience.
• Confirm reservations and ensure correct arrival times.
• Learn Etix ticketing system; assist with updates in system.
• Assist with rebooking reservations and seating adjustments.
• Provide guests with event information and on-board details.
• Support FOH Manager with reports and breaks.
• Maintain a clean ticketing area and safe environment.
