Job summary

American Heritage Companies is seeking a Box Office Supervisor for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride in Whippany, NJ. This seasonal, hourly role involves greeting guests, confirming reservations, distributing tickets, and guiding patrons through the box office process with a focus on speed and friendliness.

You will lead the Box Office team, learn the Etix system, and collaborate with Front of House and Business Manager to ensure a seamless guest experience in a high-energy theater environment.

• Ability to learn the Etix Ticketing platform with efficiency and competency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Self-motivation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Box Office team and act as liaison with FOH & Business Manager.
• Welcome customers and assist with service needs; handle inquiries for a pleasant experience.
• Confirm reservations and ensure timely arrival of passengers; update customer data in system.
