The position requires weekend/evening availability, the ability to stand for long periods, and engagement with guests to ensure a smooth, magical experience aboard the moving train.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn the Etix ticketing platform with efficiency and competency.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and assisting with service needs.
• Learn Etix ticketing system and confirm reservations with accuracy.
• Update customer information and issue tickets.
• Know on-board experience and act as reference for guests.
• Collaborate with event team to maintain positive environment.
• Keep ticketing area clean and orderly.
• Assist in preparing first class amenities (if applicable).
• Other duties as assigned.
