Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an innovative University Recruiter based in Poland to shape and execute our talent attraction strategy for the Services team. You will build a candidate pipeline for university and experienced roles across Poland and collaborate with regional hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, account management, or a technical, customer-facing role within a global technology or consulting environment.
• Language: Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial problem-solving with ownership and focus.

Responsibilities

• Build & Execute Talent Strategy: establish a tailored talent attraction and candidate pipeline for the Services division across Poland for experience and university hires.
• Deliver Early Hiring Impact: serve as the primary University Recruiter on critical focus areas in Poland.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: build trusted relationships with regional hiring managers and global stakeholders to understand team needs.
• Drive Speed & Operational Excellence: calibrate top-of-funnel strategies and streamline interview processes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
• Elevate Employer Brand: strengthen Veeva’s brand in Poland as an employer of choice for services, technical, and consulting talent.
