Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or related recruiting fields within a global tech or consulting environment.
• Full fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong ownership, focus, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a tailored talent attraction and candidate pipeline strategy for the Services division in Poland.
• Serve as the primary Talent Partner for hires in Poland to drive early hiring impact.
• Partner with regional hiring managers and global stakeholders to translate needs into talent plans.
• Calibrate top-of-funnel strategies and streamline interview processes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
• Elevate Veeva’s employer brand in Poland to attract top services, technical, and consulting talent.
