Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a University Recruiter to drive the Consultant Development Program across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain. You will lead top-of-funnel candidate attraction, build relationships with European institutions, and deliver an exceptional pre-boarding experience with speed and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on early-career or university recruiting across European markets.
• Location: based and work-authorized in the United Kingdom.
• Execution mindset with speed and accuracy in delivery.
• Clear, concise, and collaborative communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sourcing and outreach across Western Europe, including direct sourcing and referrals.
• Assess and process candidate applications and coordinate with regional teams.
• Plan and run university career events, tech fairs, and campus info sessions in target locations.
• Build and nurture long-term referral pipelines across internal networks and alumni groups.
• Drive high-touch candidate engagement from offer to start date, and organize cohort networking.
