Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition with focus on early-career recruiting.
• Based and authorized to work in Madison, WI.

• Experience using candidate assessment tools and tracking metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-of-funnel candidate attraction and outreach.
• Review and process applications and coordinate assessments.

• Drive high-touch pre-boarding and onboarding engagement.
• Continuously improve sourcing channels and campaigns.
