Landry's, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Poker Room Shift Manager to oversee daily Poker Department operations, supervise dealers and floor staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while enforcing game security and compliance with all policies.

Responsibilities include managing dealer rotation, seating, game mix, banking and jackpot payoffs, and maintaining a secure, orderly poker area. The role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and communication with guests and management.

Formación

• Must obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Minimum age 21.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years casino experience; Poker Room experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and runs the poker dealer rotation.
• Seating customers on poker tables and coordinating with dealers.
• Decides the mix and spread of poker games.
• Oversees banking functions and jackpot payoffs.
• Maintains security of all Poker games, monies and personnel.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains order and cleanliness of the poker area.
• Responds to customer concerns and inquiries.
