Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Poker Room Shift Manager to oversee daily operations of the Poker Department, delegating duties to floor supervisors and dealers while ensuring exceptional guest service, game security, and policy compliance.

You will lead poker dealer rotations, determine game mix, manage seating, banking, jackpot payouts, and maintain overall poker area cleanliness and service standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

Formación

• Experience managing a casino/shift team or equivalent leadership role.
• Ability to train and coach staff to meet service standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for quick decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and staff.
• Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Poker Department operations and staff.
• Delegate duties to Poker Floor Supervisors and Dealers.
• Direct and manage poker dealer rotation and seating flow.
• Determine game mix and ensure game security and compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and service quality in the poker area while handling guest concerns.
