Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding guest and associate service while performing duties.
• Enrolls new guests in current promotions and in computer system.
• Provides guest information on Players Club benefits and events.
• Issue compliments per casino guidelines and VIP requests.
• Assist in VIP promotions and special events as needed.
• Greet guests, resolve disputes, and ensure VIP growth.
