Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable Poker leadership position.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations of the Poker Department.
• Ensure compliance with gaming procedures and policies.
• Address and manage team member feedback and concerns.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication

Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
