Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Poker Supervisor to lead the poker team and drive continuous improvements in guest service and employee experience.

You will oversee game protection, integrity, and ensure compliance with internal controls and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.

The role requires a High School diploma and ability to obtain all required licenses, with strong customer service, teamwork, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board standards.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must maintain confidentiality relative to financial data and casino policies.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience opening new properties/outlets preferred.
• Excellent employee and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the poker team to deliver legendary customer service.
• Ensure Poker staff have training and tools to perform as service professionals.
• Maintain game integrity and comply with IGB regulations.
• Resolve disputes professionally and promptly.
• Communicate irregularities to Poker Manager and Surveillance.
• Record table inventory and manage credits as needed.
• Oversee facilities and equipment functionality.
• Guide and evaluate personnel.
