Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Poker Brush Attendant in the Poker Operations team for a part-time schedule. You will meet and greet guests, answer questions, manage waiting lists with the Bravo system, open games, seat players, provide buy-ins, and assist Dealers to ensure smooth poker operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior guest service or poker experience preferred, be 21+, and able to pass background checks and drug screening;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior guest service and/or poker experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests in the Poker area.
• Answer telephone and respond to guest questions.
• Maintain waiting lists for Poker games using the Bravo system.
• Open and maintain games and page players to tables as seats become available.
• Provide buy-ins to players and coordinate with Dealers for credits and fills.
• Transport cash and chips to/from Poker Cage as needed.
• Wash and reset decks as assigned.
• Maintain contact with Floor personnel to ensure guest service quality.
• Promote responsible gaming and discreetly notify managers of concerns.
• Notify managers or Ethics Hotline of any observations of illegal acts or violations.
• Keep area clean, safe and hazard-free; perform other duties as assigned.
