Mohegan Sun is hiring for a position focused on reconciling and securing all items maintained in the assigned bank within a casino environment.

The role requires experience handling money, accurate reconciliations, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a high-energy gaming setting. Knowledge of casino banking systems and front window operations will be beneficial.

• Rotates chips on a daily basis.

Position Summary

• Reconciles customer accounts for issuance and redemption of markers, front money, safekeeping returns and write-offs
• Processes transfers to and from the Fill and Main banks, while taking in the money from the table and bill validator drops
• Prepares fills and credits for table games and processes Dealer’s tokes
• Prepares the daily deposit with negotiable instruments and cash and accompanies deposits for pick-up

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

• Encodes markers for daily deposits
• Rotates chips on a daily basis

Minimum Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have previous money handling experience

Competencies

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of all the specialized banks, front window areas and pits

Training Requirements

• Knowledge of the casino computer management system

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be able to work in a smoking environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
