As an entry-level position, the role emphasizes exemplary customer service, teamwork, and reliability while contributing to smooth seating, chip distribution, and dealer support in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor.

• Assisting dealers and supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of games.
• Complying with company policies and procedures, internal controls, and Title 31.

• Attending training and meetings when required.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays, and returning them to designated areas.

A vital part of the functionality of the poker room, this position will act as a mobile cashier so be prepared to be on the move and on your feet.
