Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an entry-level Chip Runner to assist with poker room operations, handling chip sales and redemptions. This role operates as a mobile cashier and requires you to move around the poker room, stay on your feet, and provide friendly guest service.

You’ll work with leadership to learn and grow within a dynamic gaming environment. The position emphasizes compliance with gaming regulations, safety, and attentive support for dealers and guests alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to comply with state gaming regulations, including licensing where applicable.
• Strong arithmetic and cash-handling skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Redeem and sell cash and chips to guests.
• Assist guests with seating and chip distribution.
• Fill dealer trays and support games as needed.
• Assist dealers and supervisors with starting, combining, and breaking games.
• Follow company policies, internal controls and Title 31.
• Maintain safety and security by reporting suspicious activity.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Keep work area clean and return chip trays to designated areas.

A vital part of the functionality of the poker room, this position will act as a mobile cashier so be prepared to be on the move and on your feet. Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Providing exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Redemption and sale of cash and chips to guests.
• Assisting guest with seating and chip distribution.
• Filling dealer trays.
• Assisting dealers and supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of games.
• Complying with company policies and procedures, internal controls, and Title 31.
• Ensuring the safety and security of internal and external guests by notifying management of any suspicious or unusual activities.
• Attending training and meetings when required.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays, and returning them to designated areas.
