Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Chip Runner to assist with poker room operations, handling redemption and sale of cash and chips, and helping guests with seating and chip distribution.

As a mobile cashier on the move, you will join a leadership‑driven team with training opportunities and a clear path for growth within Live!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must comply with state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Redeem and sell cash and chips to guests.
• Assist guests with seating and chip distribution.
• Fill dealer trays.
• Assist dealers and supervisors in starting, combining, and breaking of games.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, internal controls, and Title 31.
• Ensure the safety and security of internal and external guests by notifying management of any suspicious or unusual activities.
• Attend training and meetings when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays, and returning them to designated areas.

A vital part of the functionality of the poker room, this position will act as a mobile cashier so be prepared to be on the move and on your feet. This is an entry level position.
