Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field (required).
• MLS or MT certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate POCT programs, policies, and protocols.
• Oversee POCT device maintenance, QA, and calibration.
• Collaborate with lab, clinicians, IT, and vendors to integrate POCT data into EHR.
• Develop and deliver POCT education and competency assessments.
• Maintain records, dashboards, and regulatory documentation.
