Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, immunology, chemistry, transfusion activities, and molecular diagnostics.
• Analyzes and interprets complex test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Implements and monitors quality control measures for reliable results.
• Oversees operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepares detailed reports and communicates findings to healthcare providers.
• Provides technical guidance and support to laboratory staff and trainees.
