The position requires a Bachelor's in medical laboratory science, Florida licensure as a CLT, and MT/MLS certification. You will oversee a broad range of tests and mentor staff in a fast-paced pediatric laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field required; substitutions allowed per policy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Florida licensure as Clinical Laboratory Technologist or equivalent; MT/MLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of medical laboratory scientists and technicians.
• Coordinate daily lab activities and delegate tasks for efficient workflow.
• Perform and oversee hematology, microbiology, immunology, chemistry, transfusion, and molecular tests.
