Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft products (medium to expert level).
• Preferred: experience with EMR and medical coding certifications.

Responsibilities

• Process referral requests from providers and schedule appointments at referral sites.
• Obtain pre-authorizations and insurance referral approvals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure complete patient information for referrals.
