Preferred Podiatry Group PC is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver podiatric-focused care in long-term care facilities. The role emphasizes patient mobility, quality of life, and clinical excellence, with the flexibility to choose hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required).
• Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP).
• 2–5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred).
• Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education.
• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to optimize outcomes.
• Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
