Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver podiatric-focused care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities in Eugene, OR. You will assess and treat foot and lower limb conditions, provide diabetic foot care, and collaborate with facility staff to ensure patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in NP program is required.
• Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP) required.
• 2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education.
• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes.
• Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
