Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver podiatric care in long-term care and senior living facilities with a flexible, part-time schedule. This role emphasizes mobility, wound prevention, and patient-centered care within a supportive team.

Requirements include a Master's NP degree, active RN license, and NP certification. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred. Compensation is performance-based with full benefits under a W-2 arrangement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and accredited NP program completed.
• Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP).
• 2–5 years podiatry post-training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education.
• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes.
• Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
