Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group seeks a DPM to provide podiatric care in long-term care, nursing homes, and senior living communities. Flexible scheduling and guaranteed patient volume support a balanced practice.

You’ll work in a team-focused environment with Medicare quality program participation and EMR documentation on an iPad. Join a national provider group headquartered in Chicago, offering full benefits for W-2 full-time roles, ongoing training, and comprehensive scheduling and credentialing

Qualifications

• Must have Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.
• Active state licensure or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings.
• Able to lift/carry up to 15 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term care and senior living facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health.
• Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes.
• Document clinical encounters in EMR (NextGen) on a company-issued iPad.
