Qualifications

• DPM degree and active licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term care facilities (nursing homes, skilled nursing, senior living)
• Assess, diagnose and treat foot and lower limb conditions
• Deliver preventive care including diabetic foot management
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health
• Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes
• Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR on company-issued iPad
