Job summary

FOX is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Research Analyst to help tell the story of podcast and creator audiences and demonstrate the value of advertising across our portfolio. Working with Research, Sales and Marketing, you will translate audience research and campaign data into clear insights to support advertiser proposals and renewals.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience in media research or advertising analytics.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with close attention to data quality and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and charts, and the ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings clearly.
• Foundational understanding of survey research, sample sizes and advertising performance metrics.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to balance recurring assignments and time-sensitive requests.
• Interest in podcasts, digital creators, audience behavior and advertising effectiveness.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience profiles highlighting listeners' demographics and interests.
• Support sales proposals with syndicated research and marketplace intelligence.
• Track podcast consumption, creator trends and competitive advertising activity.
• Maintain recurring research reports and databases with sources documented.
• Assist with design and execution of surveys and brand lift studies.
• Evaluate campaign results against advertiser objectives such as awareness and purchase intent.
• Assist with attribution reporting for website visits and conversions.
• Create campaign recaps, charts and case studies with clear recommendations.
• Translate insights into sales presentations and marketing initiatives.
• Present findings in client-facing meetings with the research lead.
