Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in podcast production, studio management, or digital media operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Audio Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio and recording schedules across multiple brand teams to ensure back-to-back production efficiency.
• Oversee production support, including equipment rentals, call sheets, and on-site logistics for podcast sessions.
• Onboard freelance talent and crews, process invoices, and code expenses against production budgets.
• Partner with marketing and revenue teams to sync editorial calendars with sponsorship opportunities and ensure ad placement accuracy.
• Edit simple host-read advertisements to free up senior audio staff for complex tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational, administrative, and production needs across the audio department.
• Additional duties as required.
